An evening to celebrate relations between Egypt and Senegal at the Supreme Council of Culture

The Supreme Council of Culture, in the secretariat of Dr. Hisham Azmy, in cooperation with the External Cultural Relations Sector headed by Sabri Saeed, is organizing the “Egypt/Senegal… Cultural Relations” evening, within the framework of the cultural relations initiative organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, tomorrow, Wednesday, at six o’clock. evening.

The evening, moderated by Dr. Hisham Azmy, begins with the screening of a short documentary film about the State of Senegal; It was followed by a speech by the artist, Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture, and a speech by Ambassador Mohamed El-Amin Ag, Chargé d'Affairs at the Embassy of Senegal in Egypt, then a speech by Ambassador Gamal Abdel Rahim Metwally, Assistant Foreign Minister and Director of the Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Ambassador Noha Khader, Ambassador of Egypt to Senegal, and Counselor Mohamed Orabi , representing the African sector at the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in addition to the participation of a number of specialists in the field of cultural relations between the two countries, including: Dr. Anwar Moghith, Professor of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University, Rapporteur of the Translation Committee of the Supreme Council of Culture, and Director Azza El-Husseini, President of the African Film Festival and Hassan Ghazal, Director of the African Youth Office at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

It is worth noting that the last evening in the framework of the cultural relations initiative organized by the Ministry of Culture was the evening "Egypt and Chile.. Cultural Relations", during the past month, in the presence of a group of elite, thinkers, and specialists in the field of cultural relations between the two countries.
