Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty arrived in New York on Saturday, September 19, to take part in the high-level segment of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
During his visit, Abdelatty is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral meetings with foreign ministers and heads of delegations attending the annual UN gathering. The talks are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations and exchanging views on key regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The foreign minister will also participate in a number of high-level meetings and side events held on the sidelines of the General Assembly, as world leaders and senior officials gather in New York to discuss major international and regional developments.
