CAIRO - 1 November 2018: Investing in human resources is a cornerstone of the Egypt 2030 vision, stated Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform Hala el-Said.   The planning minister made these comments during the three-day Arab Regional Conference on Population and Development In Beirut, Lebanon.   Speaking of Egypt’s experience, the minister spoke of the country’s success in implementing the 2013 Cairo Declaration on Population and Development and the United Nations vision 2030. As the minister explained, the country has had great success in their implementation.   Said also pointed out that the conference, which focuses on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Agenda’s successful implementation, challenges, ability to lead to sustainable progress and so on, comes in line with the country’s experience.
