Egypt's PM heads to Washignton to participate in World Bank, IMF meetings

Egypt's Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli headed to Washington, USA, on Monday to participate in  the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) meetings that run from October 14-20. Tue, Oct. 15, 2019
CAIRO - 15 October 2019: Egypt's Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli headed to Washington, USA, on Monday to participate in the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) meetings that run from October 14-20.

Madbouli will meet with US officials and representatives of the business and financial sectors along with heads of major US companies.

During today's meeting, the prime minister reviewed the measures taken by the Egyptian government to encourage the private sector's investments and create equal opportunities. This is in addition to reviewing the results of the financial and economic reforms undertaken by the government and the results reached on the management of public assets.

Madbouliwill also deliver Egypt's speech at the meetings that will tackle the issue of financial stability around the world.
