Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el-Said said Thursday that Egypt attaches prior importance to creativity and innovation being essential components for Sustainable Development Strategy (SDS) : Egypt Vision 2030.
In a statement issued by the ministry Thursday, the minister said the launching of Egypt Award for Government Services Applications comes out of the ministry's strong belief in the pivotal role of youths in ramping out all government-related services.
The minister has received a team from Egypt's Al Azhar University who won the Enactus World Cup 2020, the statement said. The team ranked first in the competition that aims at encouraging youth develop their community as well as hone and activate their entrepreneurial skills, the statement added.
She noted that her ministry will extend full support to all innovative youth to help them put their newly conceived modalities into effect, according to the statement.
