The Fourth International Forum for the Interaction of African Culture will kick off tomorrow

The Supreme Council of Culture, the Secretariat of Dr. Hisham Azmi, will launch the activities of the Fourth International Forum for the Interaction of African Cultures, "African Cultures in a Changing World", from 12 to 14 November at 10:00 am Tuesday at the Supreme Council of Culture in Cairo, with the participation of a large number Researchers and specialists from 20 African countries include: Libya - Tunisia - Algeria - Morocco - Ethiopia - Central Africa - Uganda - Tanzania - Sudan - South Sudan - Zimbabwe - Ghana - Kenya - Mauritania - Malawi - Nigeria - Senegal - Namibia - Niger - Egypt .

The three-day forum will discuss, through ten research sessions, a number of key topics as follows:

1. “Reading African Policy”

2. “Digital Revolution and the Preservation of African Cultural Heritage”

3. “African Women in African Cultures”

4. “Arab-African Cultural Interaction”

5. “Civil Society Institutions and Cultural Development in Africa”

6. “Intellectual Property and Protection of African Cultural Heritage”

7. “African Extensions outside Africa”

8. “African Arts”

9. "Popular Arts and Beliefs in Africa"

10. “African Cultural Identity”

In addition to holding a round table entitled: "African Cultures in a Changing World", the Forum will also be accompanied by an exhibition in the lobby of the Council under the title: "Egyptian Fine Art and the Interaction of African Cultures", which includes the work of fifty artists and is held under the supervision of Dr. Suhair Othman. The forum will also be accompanied by an exhibition of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and a number of publishing houses with a 50% discount on the Council's publications.
