CAIRO - 9 February 2025: Director of Palestinian NGO Network Amjad Shawa said that Egypt plays a major and essential role in advocating for the Palestinian cause and preventing all attempts to liquidate it.
Shawa, in exclusive statements to the Nile News Channel on Saturday, stressed the importance of exposing the continued Israeli violations during the Gaza war and holding the Israeli government accountable for committing genocidal acts in the strip>
Moreover, Shawa revealed that despite the first stage of the ceasefire agreement going into effect, Israel continues to put obstacles in the way of implementing the remaining stages of the agreement, which includes preventing the entry of humanitarian aid, especially basic materials, for more than 20 days since the start of the agreement's implementation.
