The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities is participating in the 114th session of the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization, within the framework of the 24th session of the General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), which will be hosted by the Spanish capital, Madrid, from November 30 to December 3.
The session was attended by Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled Al-Anani, and Yamni Al-Bahar, Assistant Minister for Technical Affairs. The session also witnessed the presence of ministers and officials of tourism in a number of countries and members of the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization.
During the session, the organization's activities for the previous period and the organization's work program for the year 2022/2023 were reviewed, and the conditions of the tourism industry were discussed in relation to the current developments in the tourism sector and the future of the tourism industry.
