Egypt's agricultural exports exceed 3.7M tons since January

CAIRO - 11 August 2020: Egypt's Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation announced on Tuesday that the volume of Egyptian agricultural exports increased to more than 3.7 million tonnes during the period from January to August 5.


This came in a weekly report handed over to Quseir by head of the Central Administration of Plant Quarantine (CAPQ) ِAhmed el Attar, according to state news agency, MENA.



The exports included about 1.38 million tons of citrus fruits, 673,697 tons of potatoes, 287,946 tons of onions and 128,136 tons of grapes, according to the CAPQ report.
