Pavel Kedisuk, director of the Russian House in Alexandria, and Dr. Said Rakha, director of the Rashid Museum, inaugurated the exhibition “The Heritage of the City of Rashid and the Beauty of Russian Nature” within the framework of the year of humanitarian cooperation between Russia and Egypt, and in the light of joint cooperation between the two countries and under the auspices of the Russian Consulate General in Alexandria.
The exhibition is the result of a workshop that was previously agreed upon during the month of January. The exhibition included many paintings and handicrafts for 20 artists from 17 to 21 years old from the city of Rashid.
The opening was attended by officials of the Russian House in Alexandria, lovers of art and culture, and artists participating in the exhibition.
