Egypt condemns coup attempt in Gabon

CAIRO - 9 January 2019: Egypt has strongly condemned the attempted coup in Gabon on Monday. Egypt also spoke of its support to the legitimate authority in Gabon, which has stuck with the principled governing the African Union (AU) and international agreements, and has urged individuals to respect the constitution and country laws, according to a Foreign Ministry statement.
