CAIRO – 9 October 2025: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi highlighted Egypt’s economic progress and expressed optimism regarding country’s future, saying that the nation is “moving forward” and that every day “will be better than the one before.”
Sisi made the remarks as he attended the graduation ceremony of the 2025 class of the Police Academy on Wednesday.
“Our economic situation is getting better,” the president sressed. “Our indicators will become even stronger.”
‘No One Can Harm Egypt’
Sisi reassured Egyptians about the overall situation inside and outside the country, attributing the nation’s stability to the unity and resilience of its people.
“I take this good opportunity to reassure the Egyptian people about the internal and external situation, and I affirm that things in Egypt are going well, thanks to Allah and to the unity of the Egyptian people,” he said.
The President affirmed that no threat or challenge could harm Egypt as long as its people remain united, citing the nation’s success n overcoming tough challenges since 2013, including terrorism.
“We speak not with arrogance, but with humility and confidence in Allah and in our people,” Sisi said.
He stressed that “no one can harm Egypt as long as we stand as one.”
The president congratulated the new Police Academy graduates and their families, commending their dedication and sacrifices, urging them to be role models during their service.
“After graduation comes great responsibility. I hope you will be a good example in your conduct and performance before the Egyptian people, for you are the role models and the symbol of discipline.”
During the ceremony, Police Academy cadets have performed segments showcasing their ability to carry out the most challenging training exercises with professionalism, reflecting their readiness to serve the nation and safeguard its security and stability.
