The development of Aisha Fahmy Palace and the establishment of the Karkar Culture Palace, with a value of 30 million pounds

After the June 30 revolution, all sectors of the state witnessed development and restoration operations in all government facilities, including cultural facilities and buildings. Among those projects were the development and renovation of Aisha Fahmy Palace in Zamalek, the "Arts Complex", and the establishment of the Karkar Culture Palace in Aswan Governorate.



Aisha Fahmy Palace is located in Cairo Governorate. The development and restoration began in March 2010, and the project was completed in July 2016. The cost of development, restoration and renovation amounted to 25.5 million pounds.



The palace consists of a basement - a showroom for young painters - a multi-purpose hall - the manager - security - control, the ground floor includes multiple halls - a Japanese room - security and services - a store of artworks - antique halls, the roof includes a skylight - an ancient bathroom - security and services, The general site includes green spaces - security and services - reproduction room - electricity room.



As for the Karkar Valley Culture Palace, it is located in Aswan Governorate. The project was started on 9/30/2015 and was completed on August 31, 2016. The construction cost of the project amounted to 5.8 million pounds.



The area of ​​the palace is 800 square meters, and it consists of two floors, the first has a computer room, a hall for activities, lectures and seminars, a library for the child, a fine arts hall, the second floor has a small theater and a public library.



The palace offers various cultural programs represented in (theatrical performances - literature clubs - artistic performances - artistic and craft workshops - book fairs - cultural convoys - cultural weeks - research seminars - training courses).
