Bait Al-Suhaimi or the house of Sheikh Abdel Wahab Al-Tablawi is an Arab house with a distinct oriental architecture located in the Al-Darb Al-Asfar neighborhood branching from Al-Muizz Lidin Allah Al-Fatimi Street in Al-Gamaliya District in the heart of Cairo. The house consists of two sections, one tribal and the other maritime. The tribal section was established by Sheikh Abd al-Wahhab al-Tablawi in the year 1058 AH / 1648 AD.

This date was written on a wooden model on one of the walls of the house. As for the marine section, it was established by Hajj Ismail bin Ismail Shalaby in the year 1211 AH / 1797 AD, and he combined it in the first section and made them into one house. The house was known as the Suhaimi House in relation to another of its residents, Sheikh Muhammad Amin al-Suhaimi, the sheikh of the Turks Hall in the Al-Azhar Mosque. The house underwent a comprehensive renovation in the nineties, and it belongs to the antiquities area north of Cairo.
