Which is held by the Youth Theater Troupe in the artistic house of the theater free of charge, in order to implement a plan to support and discover new young representative artistic talents through admission tests for applicants, as part of the strategy of the Ministry of Culture to inject new young blood from artists, from which three batches have graduated, resulting in 230 artists. The project was launched through the General Authority for Cultural Palaces in the regions, and the first batch of the workshop was graduated in Assiut, where 700 young men and women applied to participate. 53 trainees were selected, including 24 girls and 29 young men, and work is underway to graduate the first batch of the workshop from the people of the Sharkia and Fayoum governorates.
Egypt's industrial initiative
The launch of the “Industrial Egypt” initiative was an activation of the directives of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, based on the national role aimed at preserving identity and preserving its unique features, and with the aim of returning the Egyptian traditional and heritage crafts to the spotlight, and working to revive and rehabilitate a new generation of innovators in this field, as it is implemented by a fund Cultural development in the Fustat Center for Traditional Crafts, and 430 people applied to participate in the initiative, 43 artists and craftsmen were selected, of whom ranged between 18 and 40 years old. After the necessary personal interview, a group of senior specialists from the various faculties of arts and distinguished craftsmen supervised their rehabilitation at the Traditional Crafts Center in Fustat. .

At the beginning of the project, the Ministry of Culture received six mobile theaters, through which they present various types of creativity in the most remote and needy areas throughout Egypt. Delta, East Delta, Qanat and Sinai, and witnessed many cultural sites affiliated with the General Authority for Culture Palaces, in which artistic events for moving theaters were held, including the New Valley, Beheira, Qena, Aswan, and the villages of Luxor Governorate, South Sinai, Beni Suef, Matrouh, and other governorates Canal and Sinai.
