Ramadan nights in Al-Moez and Islamic Cairo.. Cultural and artistic evenings

The northern wall of Cairo in Al-Moez Street and Islamic Cairo witnesses a large number of cultural and artistic events and evenings throughout the nights of the holy month of Ramadan, where the Ministry of Culture is keen every year to present cultural and artistic activities and events to the public in the greatest street of a spiritual and religious character that transcends feelings and conscience.

The activities of the General Authority for Culture Palaces will start from the northern Cairo wall, which will witness the screening of a documentary film entitled “Historic Old Cairo” produced by the National Center for Cinema, the operetta here in Cairo, and an artistic performance by the Arab Opera Troupe, and the Hadra Ensemble for Sufi chanting.

The Children’s Theater in the northern Cairo wall also hosts specialized artistic performances and external artistic groups, including the Small Fingers Orchestra of the Cultural Development Fund, cinematic shows for children produced by the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, the Monkey Kingdom play for the puppet group, a children’s choir show, and butterfly plays - Tell Grandpa - Flowers The beautiful - the blue rose - Dandash and the companions of the bird for the puppet group, along with a variety of performances by folk arts groups in various parts of Egypt, including the traditional Tanoura, Port Said, folk instruments, Aswan, religious chanting, Sharkia, Arish, the National Circus, Al Horreya, Benha for Arabic music, Minya , Toshka Automatic, Matrouh, Seven for religious chanting, New Valley, Mustafa Kamel for Arabic music, Kafr El-Sheikh, Beheira, Assiut, Nile for music and folk singing, Ismailia, and others.

The North Cairo Wall Walk and Beit El Shaer Theater host a variety of popular band performances, exhibitions and art workshops, in addition to a central exhibition that includes road products on copper - jewelry works - art of decoupage, a presentation of the crescent biography of the Ezzat Qurashi band, documentaries, and an atlas of folk traditions.

The street is witnessing the establishment of a book fair on the wall of Al-Moez Street, in which some sectors of the Ministry of Culture participate.

While the Cultural Development Fund presents events in Al-Ghouri Dome on Al-Moez Street, under the name of “Spiritual Shrines Nights”, a presentation of the rites of transcendence, a night in the art of chanting with the Tawasheh troupe and the artist Adnan Al-Sasa - Girls Al-Hiwar Ensemble, Al-Tanoura Heritage Troupe, Samaa Ensemble Chanting, Indonesia Troupe For singing, the Bangladesh Ensemble for Chanting, the Yemen Ensemble for Chanting, the artist Ali Al-Helbawi, the National Ensemble of the Artistic House of Folk Arts, the Nazra Ensemble for Religious Chanting, the artist Manal Mohy El-Din, the Mawlawi Dervishes Ensemble, the Noor Al-Nabi Ensemble for Religious Chanting.

At Prince Taz Palace, performances will be held by vocalist Amer El-Tuni, Wael El-Fashny, and Radwa Saeed.

At the Bashtak Palace, a concert will be held by singer Angham Mustafa, Ibrahim Rashid, Maqamat Salon, in cooperation with the radio program, Youth of Arab Singing, and Al-Khan Ensemble by artist Fadi Al-Maghrabi.

In Beit Al-Suhaimi, the concert of Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Hadawi and his band, Al-Aragoz and Shadow Show, the Nile Band for Folk Instruments, and at Al-Ghouri Palace for Arabic Music, Sheikh Zain Mahmoud’s concert and his band, Al-Haramlik band led by Dr. Religious interpretations, Sufi poetry in Egypt.

The Oud House will witness the concert of Tariq Al-Azhari, Mario Said.
