The Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts announced the holding of the Arts Awards Ceremony for the third session of 2022 competitions (Photography - Sculpture - Art Criticism - Photography - Architecture) and the opening of the Youth Group Exhibition under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 7 pm in the Center Al Jazeera Arts in Zamalek.
All judging committees have finished voting on the artworks eligible for the group exhibition and nominated for the Art Awards for this session, and the names of the final lists of finalists will be announced next Thursday.
For this cycle of arts awards, the branches of (painting, drawing, sculpture, fine art criticism, architecture, photography), 1460 works of art, architecture and critical research by 749 artists, architects and art critics from all governorates of Egypt, and the value of the prizes amount to 500, five hundred thousand pounds.
The Board of Trustees of the Farouk Hosni Foundation for Culture and Arts extended good wishes and success to all the contestants who were keen to participate.
