The Golden King, The World of Tutankhamun, the first book translated into Russian by Zahi Hawass

The Egyptian-Russian Foundation for Culture and Science has issued the first book in the Russian language for the great archaeologist, Dr. Zahi Hawass, entitled “The Golden King, the World of Tutankhamun.” This book is a large cultural encyclopedia that has been translated from Arabic into Russian with the aim of supporting the Egyptian-Russian culture.

The book presents topics about the discovery of King Tutankhamun’s tomb on November 4, 1922 AD, and on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the discovery in 2022 AD, this book was released, and a symposium on the book will be held on January 30, 2022 AD at the 53rd Cairo International Book Fair in Plaza No. 1 Literary Library Hall Half past one in the afternoon.

The book also deals with the story of the emergence of the Golden Age, a period in which the possessions of Egypt and its colonies were completely safe and under its complete control when gold filled the treasuries, and kings married the daughters of their old enemies instead of facing them in a battle of war.

The book includes a number of the holdings of Tutankhamun's tomb, and these pieces were recorded by its discoverer, the English scientist "Howard Carter." A child when he ascended the throne of the two lands, and died before he reached the prime of his youth, and that group found in his tomb can help us identify his short life, but as Howard Carter, the discoverer of the cemetery, said that the mystery of his life still eludes us, the shadows have moved, but the darkness has not yet gone. The publisher, Shadi Al-Shafei, indicated that the publication of this book is of special importance, given that it is the first book in the Russian language for the great archaeologist Dr. Zahi Hawass, which dealt with some of the discovered holdings of King Tutankhamun, which include archaeological treasures, including the golden mask of the king. Tutankhamun and his coffins, the statue of the god Anubis, the protector of the cemetery and its guardian, and the statue of the god Ptah made of wood painted with gold, adding that the book "The Golden King, the World of Tutankhamun", translated into Russian, will come to light at the Cairo International Book Fair in 2022 AD, to celebrate On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the discovery of the tomb of King Tutankhamun, the book was issued with the aim of supporting Russian tourism to visit Egypt, which includes many archaeological, cultural, tourist and cultural treasures.
