Egypt issues a commemorative coin on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the General Syndicate of the Egyptian Writers Union

The Cabinet approved a draft Cabinet decision licensing the issuance of a commemorative silver coin, on the occasion of the celebration of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the General Syndicate of the Egyptian Writers Union, in commemoration of this event, reflecting the state’s appreciation of the Syndicate members of thinkers, writers, poets, novelists, translators and critics, as they are among the most prominent elements Egypt's cultural and intellectual strength.
