The Talaat Harb Cultural Center, affiliated to the Cultural Development Fund sector, is organizing the "Egyptian Day for People with Special Needs", from 24 to 27 December this year, within the framework of the Ministry of Culture's interest in People of Determination, and on the occasion of the global celebrations of people with special abilities this December, with Adhere to the precautionary and preventive measures.
The celebrations include many cultural and artistic activities over the course of the forum.
