CAIRO - 29 April 2020: Egypt's Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation El Sayed El Quseir said Wednesday the volume of Egyptian agricultural exports increased to more than 2.4 million tons during the period from January to April this year.
This came in a weekly report handed over to Quseir by head of the Central Administration of Plant Quarantine (CAPQ) ِAhmed el Attar, according to state news agency, MENA.
The exports included about 1.2 million tons of citruses, 550,000 tons of potatoes, 150,000 tons of onions and 20,000 tons of strawberries, according to the CAPQ report.
