CAIRO, 30 August 2021: Egypt's Supreme Constitutional Court Saeid Marie said on Sunday that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is keen on activating online legal proceedings to guarantee complete justice and facilitate litigation procedures.

This is a constitutional right of each citizen, Marie said in a lecture during a virtual meeting of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts (AACC).

Marie was participating at the event upon an invitation by his counterpart in Kazakhstan.

Deputy chief justice of the Supreme Constitutional Court and its spokesman Bolous Fahmi, in a statement Sunday, said Marie reviewed the role the internet plays in support of the rule of law and practical application of the litigation process.
