Mrs. Rawiya Mansour, Chairman of the Ramsco Trading and Distribution Company, got the highest vote with a percentage of (57.74%), ahead of her competitors Helen Orsegaafor from Nigeria - Managing Director and CEO of Eagle Heights Group (40.39%), and Jeffie Lampet from Ghana - General Manager of the group Sedalco Companies (1.33%).

Rawya Mansour commented that she won this title "dedicating this victory to every Egyptian and every African who insisted on achieving her dream and succeeded in it," and thanked all those who supported her and trusted to vote for her.

Mrs. Rawya Mansour is the only Egyptian woman who succeeded in reaching the final list of African personalities, which was nominated for the African Leadership Women Award 2019, because of her qualifications that enabled her to be an inspiring model for women looking for excellence.

Rawia Mansour is a member of the National Council for Women for Foreign Relations and the Rural Committee. She has represented Egypt in Romania in the Francophone countries for the empowerment of women. Through the "Integrated Services Upgrading and Waste Recycling Company", it contributed to removing general waste and developing waste systems for three neighborhoods in Cairo: Duwaiqa; Zainhim and Pyramid Hills. It has several patents for recycling agricultural waste and works to implement the concept of sustainable agriculture and the circular economy that serves development goals Sustainable Egypt in 2030.
