The General Authority for Culture Palaces, headed by director Hisham Atwa, is preparing to prepare the second phase of mobile theaters, and 8 new theaters are scheduled to join the infrastructure of the Ministry of Culture, to roam the various villages and regions of Egypt, to present cultural and artistic events, to achieve the principle of cultural justice.

Last year, the Ministry of Culture received 6 mobile theaters and included them in the work system of the General Authority for Culture Palaces, distributing them with a theater for each of the six main cultural regions, which are Greater Cairo and North Upper Egypt, Central and Southern Upper Egypt, West Delta, East Delta, Canal and Sinai, in order to implement A strategy that includes setting up databases that contain an age, cultural and artistic classification of talented and creative people in the regions, especially in villages and hamlets, to ensure that the cultural component and product reach all segments of society.

Director Hisham Atwa revealed the shows of mobile theaters during the month of June, where they will witness many shows in a number of governorates, revealing that the most prominent events begin on the first of next June, in the Atfih Center in Giza, specifically in the village of Kafr Kandil, where a poetry evening is held, A show of Arabic music, discovering talents, and on the second day an art workshop, a literary meeting, and a show of folk instruments will be held. On the third day, an art workshop, a children's choir show, and a poetry evening.

Mobile theaters also present a range of activities in Sharqia, including an artistic performance by the Mansoura Band for Arabic music, a performance by Sherbeen’s talents, a lecture (population increase and its danger to development), a poetry evening, a drawing workshop for children - a mobile library for perusal, and an artistic performance by the Al-Mataria Automatic Sesame Troupe, Sherbeen’s talents segment, a cultural lecture (rationalization of electricity and water consumption), a poetry evening, a drawing workshop for children, and a mobile library for perusal.
