Intellectuals in a youth seminar in the presence of the Minister of Culture: The state’s interest in youth has achieved its goal

The Youth Committee of the Supreme Council of Culture, whose reporter is director Ahmed El-Sayed, organized; A cultural meeting entitled "Youth leadership between dream and reality"; The meeting was held at exactly six o'clock yesterday evening, Monday, at Al-Hanager Theater in the Square of the Egyptian Opera House, hosted by Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the National Training Academy.

The meeting included a welcoming speech by Dr. Inas Abdel Dayem, Minister of Culture, who praised the activities of the cultural committees of the Supreme Council of Culture, in particular the Youth Committee, and praised the efforts made by Dr. Rasha Ragheb, and the long journey that she made in insisting on success and institutional development and her contributions to administrative thought and helping young people In the leadership positions in the country.


The Youth Committee rapporteur, Mr. Ahmed Al-Sayed spoke about the role of the Youth Committee in preparing young people for the future of this country that lives within us, referring to the role that the Ministry of Culture plays in support of the Youth and Human Development Committee, referring to youth rehabilitation initiatives, the most important of which are "Start your dream", and " Youth voice. "

Dr. Hisham Azmy spoke about Egypt's unprecedented interest in youth, through inspiration from ancient history and the civilization referred to as Lebanon, by embodying that tangible reality and achievement on the ground represented in interest in the youth initiatives "create and go" to break the deadlock between youth and the state.

Adding that the matter was not only concerned with political and economic aspects, but also social and cultural aspects, and this interest is reflected in the relentless efforts to qualify youth for leadership through the Jordanian Academy for Leadership and youth empowerment.

A young leaders' factory will come to light, seeking to elevate their country through an advanced educational level that respects international standards, and young people occupy many important positions and many other leadership positions.


The Supreme Council for Culture was not far from that, as the structure of the committees came to confirm this view, and the Youth Committee came to seek the help of a large number of young people, as well as other committees, to appreciate their role in building the nation, and this does not mean dispensing with the role of adults, as both complement the role of the other for the success of the organization Work and its progress.

Dr. Rasha Ragheb spoke about the National Academy for Training, which was established according to a presidential decree in 2017, and began its actual activity in July 2018, explaining that the investment of the National Academy in youth and human structure is that true national wealth that is a priority for the political administration, and this is evident in its daily dealings with the owners. The decision is in the state, and it confirms and supports the idea that the human being is the most valuable possession of nations.


Pointing out that culture is an important part of the academy's role as well, and there is an extended relationship between the Academy and the Ministry of Culture, and there is an integration that the Egyptian Foundation is witnessing in all its aspects.

She also talked about the difference between education and training, emphasizing that the important role of training so that a person has an added value in life, training is very dynamic and variable, and if education is what gives us information, training is a required and continuous process throughout life, there is a real investment made in institutions to develop skills Young people, the acquired skills do not end, and training must be practiced all the time to develop job skills, and this is a choice for every young person who wants to achieve his goals, as luck alone does not create success.

She also talked about the role of the Academy in providing training programs for different age sectors, scientific disciplines and various backgrounds, and linking all levels in the Egyptian state to create a society aware of what is happening in the state's corridors and its general policies and to be able to implement those policies and favor with efficiency and productivity and to provide international programs.
